I've spent most of my career around businesses that looked successful from the outside and felt chaotic from the inside. RLD Growth is my answer to that.
I take on a handful of founders at a time, with a team I've hand-picked over the years — operators, marketers and builders who are genuinely the best at what they do. No account managers between us, no juniors learning on your account. You get me, and you get them.
On the side, I build and back companies of my own. It's the best filter I know — the advice I give is the advice I'd take, because most weeks, I'm the one taking it.
